| How Candidates Were Nominated & Chosen: | ||||
| • Nominations were sent in to AZRE by readers and those within the RE community by filling out an online application form. • Only one nomination was needed to nominate a candidate.
• Nominations were accepted from Nov. 1, 2007 through March 14, 2008. • Final nominees for the publication were sorted and selected by a panel of industry experts from several of the state's commercial RE trade affiliations. |

| If you are among the finalists selected — Congratulations! An e-mail and/or fax from the AZRE staff will be sent to your office to ensure accuracy within the publication. Questions regarding received Nomination Verification Forms may be directed to Allie Bell at allieb@azbusinessmagazine.com. Please be sure to double check included information, and fill out blanks within the form. Also, please send in high-res (300 dpi) head shots of the nominated candidate to the above listed e-mail address. The fax number to return verification forms is 602-650-0827. Please send forms to the attention of Allie Bell. The deadline for verification forms to be returned is May 15, 2008. However, we would appreciate forms being sent back within one to two weeks of being received. | ||||
