February 26, 2008 — 3rd Annual


The Annual RED Awards Reception honors the biggest, best and most notable commercial real estate projects and transactions of the year. Among those recognized are developers, contractors, architects and brokers. In addition to the awards, a special report on the event appears in the March/April issue of AZRE Magazine.

SunCor's Palm Valley 303, designed by Dickson Architecture, is a mixed-use, master-planned park. Layton Construction worked with the team to complete Phase I in February. At build-out, the project will contain more than 22 MSF of office, retail and industrial space.
